Using a phone network during internet outages.

To supply an internet source to a station that is no longer working on the Ethernet connection, you can tether your phone to the device and supply internet.
Android Device:
Open settings>Connections>Mobile Hotspot and Tethering> Click to enable USB tethering.
This will require for you to have a USB 2.0 or 3.0 cable that also has your phones connection type, typically a USB C.
Apple Phone:
Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer with the USB cable that came with your device. If you see an alert that says “Trust This Computer?” tap Trust.
On the device that you want to connect to, go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings Follow the prompt for connection via USB.

Note: If the site you are working with has iPads that are cellularly enabled, you can also share this device connection to the station using this method.
