How To Charge Failed Transaction From Previous Business Date

How To Store Credit Card Info

From POS station go through normal steps to charge a card that had a tab. 

 

Step 2

 

Merchant must go to POS, login to POS, access prior business date through calendar at the bottom of the screen, and then locate the “open” tab and then proceed to charge the stored card as normal.

 

Step 3

 

If the card declines it will state so on the screen. Issue is isolated to this merchant location only so is likely a decline or other issue with the customer card
