What email does the chargeback notice get sent to and how to request a Merlink Account?

Step 1

The chargeback notice will be emailed to the merchant location, and there is a separate ‘chargeback portal’ that can be setup if the merchant wants to gain more immediate access to the notice.

 

 

Step 2

Merchant must email support@smarttab.com and request Merlink access.

    • Email support@smarttab.com and cc:the merchant(s) to make the request
