Check with SmartTAB if the venue has single user login. Provide SmartTAB with the name of the venue.
If the venue has Single user logins then SmartTAB will assist in setting those up
90% of the time everybody shares the same credentials to sign into the back-end.
If a venue wants an additional employee to have back-end access they should tell them the existing creds (Unless SmartTAB confirms Single User Login)
